For years we have been closely working with Kharkov Universities providing externship opportunities for the graduates or final-year students, studying in the field of computer science, information management systems or a related technical or business area.
Last summer SYTOSS launched a pilot project aimed at growing own resources corresponding to company rules and requirements.
We chose five young creative and perspective guys and organized ongoing learning process within technical terms of real project. Our experts managed all studying steps: they taught trainees the required materials and specifications, sharpened their skills and gave true tasks.
These activities ensured quick tutoring and growth of students proficiency level, so that in 6 months, they became full members of big and friendly SYTOSS family.
Since the middle of the last year SYTOSS has taken an active part in the SEPA implementation and integration for A1 Telekom Austria.
The Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) is a payment-integration initiative of the European Union for simplification of bank transfers denominated in euro. As of February 2014, SEPA consists of the 28 EU member states, the four members of the EFTA.
Namely, payments for the fixed line telephony and data services supported by SYTOSS have been successfully transferred to the new SEPA rails.
For the different phases of this complex task have been engaged 4 business analysts, 7 programmers and 3 QA engineers. The developing and introduction of changes to support SEPA requirements have taken 3 months. Also SYTOSS analytical department has partially maintained analysis and requirements working-out for SEPA integration done for Amdocs billing system.
